The home and 30 acres sits on a high point with both sunrise and sunsets views over the Sturgeon Valley. The open floor plan with perfectly placed windows and vaulted ceilings allow the light to pour in. The lower level in floor heat is provided by a boiler while the main floor living space is heated with a forced air furnace.
