In the late 1970’s, Birchwood Realty and its vacation rental division Birchwood Property Management (BPM) began introducing generations of owners and vacationers to Birchwood Farms Golf & Country Club and the surrounding areas of Harbor Springs, Michigan.

In 2005 Birchwood Realty and BPM merged with Holiday Vacation Rentals partnering with Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realtors. After restructuring in 2018 Birchwood Realty was reintroduced leaving Holiday Vacation Rentals to focus on rentals, and Birchwood Property Management to provide condominium association management. Together, we help make “all things real estate” simple from sales to management.
